We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes. The major duties & responsibilities involved in this position are as follows:
Responsibilities

Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
Consults with line managers, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Set KPIs for all designations to ensure the employee performance evaluation are carried based on it.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such asrecruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
Collaborate with the HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Timely review & update employee job descriptions to confirm the objectives are well defined for better understanding of the employees.
As required, ensure job descriptions are well explained to employees in direct meetings and secure the acknowledgement from them, and record the documents in the relevant employee files.
Handle employee grievances and take adequate actions as necessary in coordination with HR team.
Obtain & review the incident report from the company administrators for all unusual happenings in the workplace and communicate/investigate with the involved parties for a better understanding and further actions.
Jointly work with the HR team by recommending new policies or upgrading the existing ones in accordance to the business requirements.
Monitor policy compliance across the businesses in coordination with the company administrators, report any noncompliance as observed and ensure necessary disciplinary actions such as warning letters, suspension, notification, etc. Additionally, provide required counseling to employees to avoid such incidents in future.
Participate in departmental restructuring and ensure a smooth transition as per the approved plan.
Track company sales targets verses achievements on monthly basis.
Verify the commission computation from the Accounts as per the Target and Commission Structure.
Ensure timely visits are conducted in all business locations to meet with employees and understand their needs.
Create clear and summarizing reports to analyze various business scenarios.
Implement new HR projects as advised by the management.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with additional certifications in Human Resources
Proven work experience in UAE in Human Resources
Proficiency in HR systems preferably in SAP success factor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong analytical and time-management skills
Excellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities
Well versed in UAE Labour Laws
