Tax Manager - Finance

As the Tax Manager at The Sanad Group, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax-saving opportunities and provide proactive advice on tax implications for business decisions. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, oversee audits and controversy resolution processes, and monitor changes in tax laws to maintain compliance. Your role will also involve conducting tax research, providing technical guidance on evolving tax laws, and supporting business units with corporate tax matters.

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline. A Master's degree in Taxation, Finance or Business Administration is preferred. Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is mandatory. You should have around 8 to 10 years of experience in tax management or financial taxation, including 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing tax planning, audits, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is required, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office for financial modeling and analysis.
