As the FP&A Manager at Titan Wealth International, you will play a crucial role in managing all financial planning and analysis activities with precision and alignment with business objectives. Working closely with the Financial Controller and the wider Finance Team, you will support the company's growth by enhancing financial processes and delivering impactful insights to senior leadership. This position requires a strong focus on strategic analysis, effective communication, and process improvement to drive financial performance in a dynamic international environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing cash flow planning & forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis post-closing, analyzing lead generation performance impact on revenue, reviewing budget & forecast inputs for alignment with goals, conducting investment & cash performance analysis, identifying financial discrepancies for issue resolution, preparing impactful financial presentations for senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA etc.), strong expertise in financial modeling and Excel, excellent analytical and communication skills, extensive experience in budgeting & forecasting processes including cash flow forecasting. Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI for data visualization and automation is required along with strong presentation skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively across different regions/departments.
