As a Financial Accountant at TMC, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, recording payroll entries, preparing monthly financial reports, conducting bank account reconciliations, assisting in budget preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision-making purposes. You will also collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and manage tax filings to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with proven experience in accounting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required along with proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy are essential qualities for success in this position. Experience with accounting software such as Tally and Zoho would be advantageous.
