We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive MT5 Manager to join our team. As the MT5 Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MT5 system administration, server and plugin management, as well as proficiency in Tally ERP for financial data handling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MT5 trading platform, including servers, manager terminals, and plugins.
- Monitor trading activity to ensure smooth platform functioning.
- Handle user account creation, configuration, and permission management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to MT5.
- Coordinate with developers and service providers for platform updates.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and security of MT5 systems.
- Generate reports on trading activity, client behavior, and platform performance.
- Reconcile trading data with internal accounting systems using Tally ERP.
- Maintain documentation for all platform-related activities.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing the MT5 platform with a strong understanding of its architecture. Familiarity with Tally ERP for financial data entry is essential. Additionally, knowledge of trading operations, CRM integration, risk management tools, as well as strong analytical skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Information Technology is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing the MT5 platform (MetaTrader 5)

• Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial services

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
