The Corporate Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing internal and external communication projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. This position will focus on content creation, project management, and social media support to enhance the bank's brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing various communication projects, ensuring timely completion, developing internal communications such as memos and newsletters to align employees with corporate goals, assisting in drafting press releases and social media content for external platforms, managing social media channels for consistent brand representation, developing content for both internal and external audiences while adhering to brand guidelines, as well as supporting in planning and executing corporate events to ensure effective communication efforts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (HR, Marketing, IT, Senior Management), external media and social media agencies, and cross-functional business units. They should be able to execute day-to-day communications projects efficiently while proposing new initiatives based on business needs. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or Journalism is required along with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications focusing on content creation and project management. Strong proficiency in social media management tools is also essential for this role.
