We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the effective management of departmental functions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall facilities management of our company property and assets. This includes managing a diverse team comprising in-house maintenance staff, AMC contractors, cleaning personnel, and more. Your key responsibilities will involve establishing and maintaining AMC contracts related to facility management, ensuring cost-efficient expenditure for the facility department, and implementing appropriate facility management policies and procedures.

As a Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the upkeep of our property and assets by focusing on reactive, corrective, and preventative maintenance measures. You will be tasked with space planning, managing new fit-outs/refurbishments, monitoring electricity and water consumption, as well as overseeing soft services such as catering, reception/switchboard operations, cleaning services, and more. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, documentation, trackers for after-contract services and warranties while ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
