To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field along with at least 6 years of experience in the medical and sales field in the UAE. A minimum of 3 years as a Key Account Manager managing major healthcare accounts is required. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software are essential qualifications for this role.
