As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and a deep understanding of cost structures within the transportation and logistics sector. You will work closely with senior management to prepare detailed financial reports that drive business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include developing budgets, conducting cost analysis to improve margins, providing decision support based on data-driven insights, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimizing processes through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis within the transport & logistics industry, proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI, and excellent communication skills. Exposure to IFRS/GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting is also required.
