As a Senior Client Manager at Unique Properties, you will be responsible for managing high-value buyers and sellers in prime areas such as Dubai Marina, JBR, EMAAR Beachfront, Bluewaters, and surrounding locations. You will leverage your existing network while collaborating with internal teams to connect with hot leads and premium stock. Conducting viewings, advising investors, closing transactions with operational support, building lasting relationships with HNWIs and property investors are key aspects of this role.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of Dubai real estate experience (knowledge of Dubai Marina is advantageous), a strong personal brand/client base preferred, excellent closing skills/negotiation power/market insight required. Confidence, self-drive, long-term growth mindset aiming for recurring income streams along with possession of a valid UAE driver’s license/RERA certification is preferred.
