We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET and Microsoft Technologies, along with PMP certification. As a Technical Project Manager at Unity Infotech, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate resources to ensure successful project execution.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to project teams, define project requirements, and ensure adherence to best practices.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, provide regular updates, and address technical issues promptly.
4. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, optimize productivity within the team, and proactively address resource constraints.
5. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets while tracking expenses to ensure financial constraints are met.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular assessments for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with expertise in .NET
- PMP certification preferred
