Our client is one of the top real estate developers in the UAE with a 30-year presence specializing in building communities through various real estate projects. We are currently seeking an Accounts Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As an Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include managing all accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting for multiple businesses. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties and the overall business while supervising general ledger accounting to ensure accurate transaction recording. Additionally, you will coordinate property-specific reports like profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis.

The ideal candidate must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in real estate accounting or property management. Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles is essential along with proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Leadership skills are crucial as you will oversee a team of junior accountants while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
