Vastera Holding, a leading financial services company in the United Arab Emirates, is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities to drive sustainable business growth. You will play a critical role in steering the company’s financial strategy, managing risk, and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities of this role include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. You will analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership while overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls is essential. Additionally, you will manage cash flow, investment planning, working capital, supervise junior finance staff, support team development, partner with cross-functional departments to evaluate financial implications of business initiatives, liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies, as well as drive improvements in financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s or MBA preferred) along with professional certifications such as CPA, CMA or ACCA. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role is required. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in ERP software implementation is also necessary.
