Oracle Fusion Finance Manager

As the Oracle Fusion Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our financial systems, including Oracle Fusion (migration from Oracle EBS), Yardi, and other financial solutions such as treasury, consolidation, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT applied to Finance, with proven experience in managing and optimizing financial systems to support business objectives. Real estate experience would be advantageous. A consulting background is preferred along with US/Europe exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems like Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, etc.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial systems.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep systems up-to-date meeting business requirements.
- Provide support and training to finance and accounting teams on utilizing financial systems effectively.
- Develop system documentation including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues ensuring optimal functionality.
- Lead financial system projects like implementations, migrations integrating external vendors/consultants when necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) are advantageous. A minimum of 15 years of experience managing financial systems focusing on Oracle Fusion is required along with knowledge of GAAP & IFRS principles. Strong problem-solving skills are essential along with excellent communication abilities to work effectively across teams.
