As a Finance Specialist at VentureOne, you will play a crucial role in our finance department by preparing financial plans and building complex Excel-based financial models for business cases and analysis. You will develop interactive financial dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will analyze quantitatively the commercial and financial viability of new ventures while presenting findings to senior audiences. Your responsibilities will also include performing detailed analyses of financial information for the holding company and its subsidiaries, preparing comprehensive financial reports for top management, leading annual budgeting processes, monitoring financial plans, collaborating with key stakeholders to gather financial information for decision-making purposes, and assisting in creating materials to support raising capital from outside investors.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics or related field. Strong understanding of accounting concepts along with expertise in advanced Excel modeling is required. Experience with Power BI and other visualization tools is essential. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail while effectively communicating with different stakeholders.
