We are currently seeking a Manager - Key Account (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Sales & Distribution department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding strategic key accounts for the company. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain robust relationships with these key accounts to drive sales revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for designated key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions tailored to their requirements.

Key responsibilities include customer acquisition through prospecting, onboarding, and activating merchants and agents within specific industry sectors. You will also be tasked with driving sales revenue growth by setting ambitious targets, monitoring performance, implementing effective sales techniques, and ensuring account growth and development. Additionally, you will conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide training to POS teams and agent handlers.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, people management capabilities, influencing skills both verbally and in writing, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, resilience, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite among others. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required along with at least 4 years of sales experience in the UAE market within FMCG or financial technology sectors.

Key Job Requirements:
  • At least 4 years’ sales experience in UAE in a fast-paced FMCG, Telecommunications, Financial technology, or Banking environment, with at least 2 years in management role is essential.
