We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections while analyzing variances to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely preparation of tax returns for federal, state, and local taxes while coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary.
- Account Reconciliations: Maintain general ledger accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Audit Support: Aid in preparing financial statements for external audits while ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Fixed Assets and Depreciation: Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules reconciling them with the general ledger.
