As the Manager for Commissioning at Worley, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialists in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities independently. You must be fully familiar with procedures and requirements associated with commissioning processes. Demonstrating strong leadership skills during the implementation of critical activities in large projects is essential. Your role will involve overseeing the overall management of PMC Commissioning teams, including Construction Engineers and Supervisors. You will be required to coordinate all commissioning activities for projects and ensure that all aspects of commissioning work scopes are effectively managed by EPC and other Construction Contractors.

In addition to managing teams and coordinating activities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Construction Contractors adhere to project HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards as well as quality requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties related to the scope of work outlined in the contract. The successful candidate for this position should have a proven track record in commissioning management within the energy or industrial sectors.
