As the Construction Director - Data Center, you will lead large-scale construction projects within the data center sector, ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets. Your role will involve overseeing project operations, managing team activities, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and developing project execution plans. You will be responsible for monitoring project progress, analyzing key data regularly, and making necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Construction Management. You should have over 15 years of experience in managing complex capital projects, with at least five years focused on Data Center/Clean Room projects. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written), client relationship management expertise, and construction health & safety knowledge are essential for this role. • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of progressive responsibility in the development of complex capital projects, with a minimum of five years on Data Center/Clean Room projects.
• Prior experience in data center construction and managing multiple large multi-faceted projects.
