As a Production Development Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between Production and Design to implement automation solutions, improve manufacturing processes, and facilitate seamless new product introductions. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, you will be instrumental in optimizing production capabilities and fostering innovation within the organization.

Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth transitions from design to full-scale production, testing design variants on existing machinery, integrating robotic automation (particularly Cobots), collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and managing engineering documentation accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Engineering within precision engineering, CNC machining or assembly environments. Strong technical skills and a hands-on problem-solving approach are essential for success in this role.
