Group Finance Director

As the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Arora Group, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. You will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, drive profitability through cost optimization initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will lead a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Typical roles and responsibilities include developing financial strategies, analyzing market trends, managing cash flow, monitoring financial performance, liaising with external auditors and stakeholders, and presenting financial reports to the board of directors.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
