As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the technical roadmap to scale the engineering function. Working closely with a team of passionate engineers, you will mentor them towards personal growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and maintenance of their tech stack which comprises Python, TypeScript, NestJS, and Django. Additionally, you will be accountable for ensuring platform architecture and scalability while providing support on complex technical issues as needed.

This role offers an attractive salary of up to £140,000 along with equity options.
