As a Content Manager at Ellipsis, you will be instrumental in managing client partnerships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional SEO Content that drives results. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the Content Growth process, overseeing content management to guarantee client satisfaction and outstanding work production. Your role will be central to our mission of excellence in content production within the SEO industry.

Working closely with our Head of Content, in-house writers, and SEO strategists, you will collaborate to create world-class, SEO-driven content marketing campaigns that add value for our clients. Managing your portfolio of clients as part of a team of three other Content Managers, you will handle client accounts, processes, project management (60%), as well as proofreading, copy editing, and writing outlines (40%). To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills for effective client management and internal collaboration. Strong project management abilities are essential alongside proven editorial skills in editing and proofreading. A solid foundation in content SEO basics is required along with meticulous attention to detail. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in managing clients or multiple stakeholders remotely on European time (GMT/CET).
