Project Director

We are currently seeking experienced Project Directors or Directors - Project Managers to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading projects and clients towards successful completion. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management within a consultancy or client setting, particularly working on large and complex redevelopment projects. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who are degree qualified in a property-related subject and ideally chartered with MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent certifications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale new build refurbishment projects, familiarity with JCT contracts, strong commercial acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
