We are currently seeking an experienced Communications Manager who will report to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications with a dotted-line reporting structure to the Culture Officer. As part of the Culture, Communications, and Adoption (CCA) Team within the Strategy Function of the company, you will be responsible for developing and delivering timely communications that align with our strategic priorities at various levels - enterprise-wide, product-specific, or business unit-focused. Your role will involve partnering with key stakeholders to provide communication counsel on complex projects while prioritizing employee experience and safeguarding IOG's reputation.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications focusing on transformation or change communications. You should have demonstrated expertise in delivering strategic communications within fast-paced environments ideally in global or tech-led organizations. Proficiency in digital communication tools, project management platforms such as Asana or Jira, AI technologies like large language models (LLMs), sentiment tracking mechanisms for communication evaluation are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills alongside adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining a commitment to organizational values of transparency, growth, engagement.
