We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our Culture, Communications and Adoption (CCA) Team within the Strategy Function of the company. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications with a dotted-line reporting structure to the Culture Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering communication approaches that align with our strategic priorities. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide counsel on complex projects while prioritizing employee experience and protecting IOHK's reputation. Your responsibilities will include managing communication deliverables within agreed timelines, developing engaging comms approaches for our remote-first environment, collaborating with various teams internally such as SIO, Legal, People, and External Comms.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field along with at least 5 years of experience in internal communications within fast-paced environments. You should possess strong proficiency in digital communication tools and project management platforms while demonstrating an ability to work on complex communications initiatives effectively. Candidates should be proactive problem-solvers who can adapt quickly to changing demands.
