Reporting to the Commercial Director and collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership team, the Group Finance Director is responsible for shaping the financial strategy and driving efficient and rapid growth. Key responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, commercial growth planning, corporate finance evaluation, global operations alignment, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in senior finance roles within global organizations, strong corporate finance background, excellent commercial acumen, international team management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

The Group Finance Director will lead and manage the global finance team to ensure accurate reporting; partner with commercial teams for growth strategies; secure funding solutions for global expansion; streamline processes for operational efficiency; and communicate financial insights to key stakeholders.
