We are currently seeking an experienced Program Director to join our team and oversee a large-scale global clinical program focused on MASH (formerly NASH). As the Program Director, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational leadership across multi-region, multi-service clinical studies. You will lead and manage global Phase III MASH clinical programs from initiation through to close-out, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure trials are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving alignment and strategic communication while overseeing development and execution of integrated study management plans.
The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience (8+ years) in global clinical project or program management with proven success leading large Phase III trials, ideally in MASH (or NASH). You should possess a strong understanding of ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements, exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder engagement skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline (advanced degree preferred) is required. Expertise in large-scale, multi-country clinical programs along with deep therapeutic knowledge of metabolic or liver-related conditions are desirable skills for this position.
