Membership Bespoke, a leading recruitment firm specializing in membership-focused organizations in the UK, is currently seeking a temporary Data Manager with expertise in the Access Charity CRM system. As the Data Manager, your main responsibilities will include streamlining CRM profiles by renaming fields and removing unnecessary ones based on the "perfect CRM template" guide provided. You will also be tasked with launching a new online registration form that seamlessly records data into the CRM, as well as streamlining data transfer processes between the website, Mailchimp, and Access CRM. Additionally, you will create new mailing lists linked in Access CRM and Mailchimp, review contact preference opt-in points across the charity, and train staff on how to collect and update this information effectively.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating reports that can be easily accessed by the team when needed, cleansing and deduplicating current data sets, training staff on systems and processes implementation, and utilizing dashboard functionality within the CRM to visualize important data for informed decision-making.
