Group Head of Engineering & Projects

As the Group Head of Engineering & Projects at Omega, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of engineering projects across multiple manufacturing sites within the cluster. You will lead a team of engineers and managers to ensure the seamless execution of capital projects, factory services optimization, and compliance with industry standards. Your role will involve strategic planning, project management expertise, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this position should have significant experience in senior engineering management within the manufacturing sector, particularly in industries such as Food, Drink, Pharma, or related consumer goods manufacturing. You should possess strong leadership skills, hold a NEBOSH Certificate qualification, and have a mechanical/electrical qualification or equivalent (ideally a degree). Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of engineering leadership experience with exposure to FMCG environments and a track record of successful project delivery.

• Significant experience in a senior engineering management role within the manufacturing sector, preferably in Food, Drink, Pharma, or related consumer goods manufacturing
