We are excited to announce an opportunity for a diligent Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor at Pinewood Technologies, you will be instrumental in planning, delivering, reporting on, and improving company-wide audits (excluding Finance). Your role will be pivotal in assisting Pinewood in achieving Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) objectives by implementing a systematic approach to assess and enhance all business processes.
In this role, your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the Audit Plan for QMS (ISO 9001) and ISMS (ISO 27001), conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and information security standards, suggesting control improvements for continual enhancement, tracking audit actions, updating policies and procedures regularly, performing SWOT analysis related to QMS and ISMS while offering solutions for improvement. You will also collaborate with external auditors during controls testing and provide evidence as needed. Additionally, you will conduct Business Continuity exercises to prepare the organization for potential disruptions and audit suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
The ideal candidate should possess internal audit experience along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 27001 Information Security Management, SOC2, and Tisax is highly desirable.
