We are currently seeking a Director to join our team remotely in the UK. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading successful complex organizational change management engagements, with a background in Big 4 or boutique consulting firms. Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive strategies, managing change readiness, mobilizing change advocates, and contributing to business development through solution design and client proposals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business by defining offerings, leading go-to-market programs, and managing delivery of work totaling $4M+ in revenue/project budget. Additionally, they will possess strong leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and managing cross-functional teams. Certification in Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification is required for this role.
