As the Director, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing comprehensive strategies to drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency among employees. You will manage change readiness assessments, develop change advocates networks, and apply best practice OCM methodologies to customize client change management approaches. Additionally, you will contribute to business development by designing solutions, managing budgets, and building internal partnerships for growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in consulting firms with a focus on growing practices through industry presence and relationship management. You should also possess 3+ years of experience in driving new business initiatives by defining offerings and leading go-to-market programs. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change projects totaling $4M+ in revenue/project budget. Certification in Prosci, ACMP or equivalent OCM credentials is required.
