Financial Planning Director

Our client, a leader in the Wealth Management industry, is seeking high caliber Financial Planners to join their London team at Associate Director level.


You will be Chartered, or very close to, with at least 4 years experience advising HNW complex clients. You will be provided with clients to start with but will be expected to grow your client bank further and proven previous business development success is essential. There is excellent support in terms of internal leads, marketing, internal referrals and paraplanning/admin support. We are looking for highly motivated, driven and ambitious financial planners who want to stand out from the crowd.



This role will not hold any leadership responsibilities, at least initially, but there is always opportunity to progress into a player/manager role for the right person (equally there is no expectation to do so).


Typically you will be in the office 3 days a week. There is a competitive benefits package and bonus on offer above the basic salary.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and management.
• Experience in leading a team and developing financial strategies is essential.
