Communications Manager

We are seeking a Communications Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving global visibility for UNLEASH by crafting sharp narratives, storytelling, and securing impactful media coverage. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead media outreach, executive visibility efforts, thought leadership initiatives, and PR campaigns for both our media and events businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong PR experience (6+ years) in B2B, media, tech or events sectors with a proven track record of landing tier 1 coverage. Excellent writing skills are essential to craft compelling press releases that cut through the noise effectively.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand visibility across various audiences such as media, tech, and business sectors. You will build relationships with journalists from B2B publications while creating engaging content like press releases and statements that resonate with target audiences. Additionally, you will shape the external voice of our CEO through speaking engagements and opinion pieces while overseeing event media strategy for UNLEASH Conferences & Exhibitions. A newsroom mindset combined with strategic thinking is crucial for success in this role.
