**Job Title: Project Director at a Well-Established Construction Company**
At our well-established construction company, we specialize in high-end, high-rise residential schemes. We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Director to lead a high-rise commercial project in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a new build large-scale apartment scheme. Your duties will include ensuring the project is executed according to the set program, working closely with the commercial team to stay within budget constraints, maintaining high levels of health and safety standards, conducting progress meetings with clients and subcontractors, overseeing quality control measures, and reporting directly to the Construction Director.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent leadership skills, be highly motivated and driven, have a proven track record of successfully completing projects from start to finish, and demonstrate experience in managing multi-occupancy projects. Additionally, candidates should have a strong commitment to upholding health and safety regulations on construction sites.
