REF: SK53342 Our client, a leading private equity firm in London, is seeking a Head of Fund Finance to manage the internal fund finance team. Responsibilities include leading and developing the team, managing relationships with fund administrators, overseeing production of investor reports and accounts, assisting on deal execution, and setting up new fund vehicles as required.
Key Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of experience in fund finance or related field.
- Experience managing a team and overseeing financial reporting for investment funds is essential.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience as a Fund Controller or Head of Fund Finance in private equity or private credit firm
Skills:
- - Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial reporting principles.
- - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- - Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
- - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment funds.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills
- - Experience in managing fund administrators and developing fund finance platforms
