We are currently seeking an Associate Director to support our RB/LF/SCH/ML programs under the guidance of the Senior Associate Director. In this role, you will be responsible for various program activities including project management, grant writing and reporting, budget planning, publication preparation, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee program planning and operations by acting as a liaison between country offices and headquarters for technical, logistical, and financial support. Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) will be required due to travel locations associated with this position.

Key responsibilities include directing program planning and development, setting goals and milestones, managing budgets and expenditures, working on grant proposals with the Development office, monitoring grant use, preparing donor reports, representing the program at events nationally and internationally, engaging with other NGOs for research initiatives, among other duties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a field related to the specific program area along with six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
