We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our finance team as the Assistant Director of Finance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial success of Baccarat Hotel New York.

About you...

Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
Advanced knowledgeable of payroll, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
