My client, a $100 million Industrial Services company, is looking to hire a VP/SVP of Finance who will report directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors and work alongside key members of senior leadership. You will oversee all external strategic and financial initiatives, including M&A activities, and will work closely with the Board of Directors around due diligence, integration, documentation, and other post close activities. You will have direct responsibility for all budget and forecasting, overseeing AP, AR, Collections, Tax, and HR so management experience of a large team is required. This role will be instrumental over the next two years as the company plans to execute additional acquisitions. Experience working at a PE backed company is essential for this role and someone who has worked with a Board of Directors in their role. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years' experience and have proven track record of innovative, proactive, entrepreneurial thinking in an evolving environment. You must be confident and energetic and have boardroom presence, demonstrate success in assessing financial data, and be able to establish collaborative working relationships internally. This position requires someone who is hands on and has demonstrated experience in a similar environment. They operate on a hybrid schedule, four days in the office in Times Square.
