Head of Financial Planning Analysis

Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for a $85B AUM American Wealth Management Firm.




COMPENSATION:
Base Salary - $200,000 - $250,000
Total Compensation - $300,000 - $350,000
Compensation is commensurate with experience.




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Play a key role in adhoc analyses to help senior leaders make timely and impactful decisions.
• Create the firm’s forecast on a monthly basis.
• Key role in annual planning process, including departmental business plans, firm budget, corporate allocation review, etc.
• Work with Controller to forecast firm cash flows and manage firm cash activities (e.g., distributions of income to partners).
• Works closely with team leads across the firm to understand individual business dynamics, trends and needs.
