Director, Finance

Clientmind is recruiting a CONFIDENTIAL Director, Finance for a client.


This position is based in Texas and it will be a fully onsite role.


Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the Director of Finance has a strategic role in the overall financial growth of the operations.


The Director of Finance will have primary responsibilities for implementing and managing activities related to:
Budgeting & and Planning
General Accountingg
Cost accounting
Program accounting
Forecasting


This position includes the ability to grow and enhance the financial, accounting, and planning activities along with assisting in implementing any required software tools in an ERP system environment.


Requirements:
Proven work experience as a financial Controller or equivalent, including Director of Finance or VP Finance roles, in a fast-paced environment.


7+ years of equivalent accounting and finance responsibility. BA/BS degree in accounting or equivalent, MBA/CPA preferred.




Some relocation will be offered.
