Our client, a hyper-growth tech startup in the travel tech industry, is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to join their dynamic and expanding team. As a fully-remote US role with occasional travel, you will report to the CMO and be responsible for enhancing internal communications through verbal, written, and visual channels. Working closely with senior leaders from various functions within the organization, you will oversee internal communication efforts including weekly All Hands and quarterly Town Hall meetings. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for driving clarity and improving the employee experience as the company scales rapidly.

As the Senior Manager of Internal Communications, your primary responsibilities will include elevating the internal communications strategy to support team productivity, transparency, and alignment. You will develop and enforce internal communication guidelines, lead All Hands and Town Hall meetings from strategy to facilitation, and advise senior leadership on effective communication practices. Additionally, you will ensure that employee communications are aligned with brand voice and corporate messaging, own employer branding efforts, support change management initiatives, and foster in-person connections across the US.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field along with at least 5 years of experience in dedicated internal communications roles. The ideal candidate should have experience running internal communications for a mid-sized B2B software company and possess exceptional writing, editing, verbal communication skills. Strong slide creation skills are required while video skills are considered a plus. The ability to leverage AI to enhance communication strategies is highly valued along with demonstrated collaboration across teams and project management skills.
