We are currently seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Controls Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, project budgets, and ensuring timely shipments while upholding the highest level of work quality in a safe environment. As the Controls Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to engineering standards, procedures, and methods. Additionally, you will provide mentorship for control systems design related to industrial machinery, automation, and material handling.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline with at least 10 years of hands-on programming and controls experience in a related field. Proficiency in Allen Bradley Logic (Rockwell), AB HMI Logic, RS Logic, Siemens, Robotics, Servo Motion systems is required. Experience with AutoCAD as well as Vision Camera systems (Cognex, Keyence) and Robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB) is preferred. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role to effectively manage projects through communication, organization motivation conflict management.
