We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing to lead our Engineering, Manufacturing, and Depot teams. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, cost-effective systems, and driving innovation in TSS radar systems to maintain our competitive edge. As the Subject Matter Expert for TSS radar systems, the VP will spearhead technology integration efforts, optimize processes, and enhance system performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in radar systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, as well as experience managing complex engineering projects and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing management staff across departments; developing project plans aligned with organizational goals; serving as the SME for TSS radar systems; overseeing reverse engineering efforts; partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives; administering departmental budgets; fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence across all departments; among other duties.

Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred), possess 10 years of progressive engineering/manufacturing experience (5 years in senior leadership), have extensive radar experience including installation/operation/maintenance knowledge. Strong skills in testing/evaluation methodologies for complex systems are required along with exceptional leadership qualities.
