As the Director of Engineering at ATSC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all program and project activities, ranging from small initiatives to large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership and strategic direction across multiple engineering disciplines, shaping functional strategies to meet organizational objectives, allocating resources effectively to ensure financial success, and managing client relationships while driving business development efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing project management and execution, team development, as well as ensuring organizational accountability throughout all processes.
To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred) with at least 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience. You should have a proven track record in project management with extensive experience delivering complex programs for the Federal Government. Familiarity with C5ISR or C4ISR technologies is highly preferred, along with knowledge of sensors such as EO/IR cameras and Radars. A background in providing technology services to U.S. Federal Government agencies is essential, including DHS, DOD, and international governments.
