Our company, a leading manufacturer in the engineering industry, is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee our Rotary and Linear Actuators and Injection Pumps product lines. As a working level manager, you will lead and direct engineering operations from design to application. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of various industry standards such as ANSI/ISA-12.12.01-2007, ANSI/IEC 60529, BS EN 15714-2, among others. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to testing and full production. Working closely with sales teams, you will analyze technology needs and plan projects accordingly to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
In addition to managing a skilled engineering team, you will collaborate with other departments such as Operations and Marketing to discuss project specifications and procedures. Your role will also involve assisting Quality teams with product certifications and inspections. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software, and experience in project management are essential for success in this position.
