As an Engineering Manager at Allor Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing and quality processes, providing leadership to a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all engineering projects while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support for CNC programming, tooling selection, fixture design, machine set up, fixture development, creation supervision, as well as process development and maintenance.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong supervisory/management skills along with expertise in fixture design, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), tooling selection, Mastercam software proficiency, ProE software proficiency. Experience with record-keeping using MS Excel and Word is also required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is necessary along with 7-10 years of Manufacturing Engineering Experience in a Management capacity.
