We are seeking a dynamic Director of Engineering to lead our EPD organization comprising engineering, product, design, and QA teams. In this role, you will collaborate with the leadership team to strategically plan and execute on the product roadmap while enhancing team efficiency and setting standards for performance and quality. As a key player in shaping our customer experience, you will own multiple product lines, establish KPIs for growth, spearhead strategic initiatives such as on-prem offerings and workflow builder overhauls, and ensure alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant engineering experience in building web applications at scale using technologies like Node, React, Typescript, and Javascript. You should possess cross-functional leadership skills to liaise across teams effectively. Strong communication abilities are essential for managing budgets, planning projects, and leading the EPD org towards success.
