As the Director of Manufacturing Industrialisation, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and production teams to ensure the seamless industrialisation of our products. You will work closely with the Leadership Team to define industrial strategies for the organization across multiple locations. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing frameworks for design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) while driving the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and Industry 4.0 technologies.

In this role, you will oversee new product introduction (NPI) and process development by working closely with various teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility at early design stages. You will be tasked with identifying target yields at each stage of the manufacturing process and ensuring smooth scale-up to initial rate manufacturing. Furthermore, you will manage contract manufacturers (CMs) and suppliers for industrialization while driving operational excellence through initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.

Ideal candidates for this position should have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrialization leadership roles with expertise in DFM/DFA, automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0. A strong background in materials, tooling, and manufacturing technologies is required along with experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred along with strong problem-solving skills using methodologies like Six Sigma.
